Wellness Coaching is an ongoing partnership where we work together to help you make appropriate and lasting life-style changes. When wellness coaching I work with you as a whole person. While nutrition and exercise are important, they are not the real focus of wellness coaching. Your current state of health, whatever it is, is a function of your mind, body, spirit, and environment. A wellness coach is a wellness educator who helps you learn how to take better care of your body, mind and spirit.
